The Sapling Evaporator (patented) includes all hardware shown in the pictures (everything to get you up and evaporating except sap), including the stainless steel baffled tray (30" x 20" x 6" - with exit valve), the four foot exhaust stack, and metal doors and legs. Limited assembly required. Grill grates now sold separately.
The new, unfinished steel barrels are powder-coated with high-temperature paint to resist cracking, flaking and corrosion.
The Sapling is new-and-improved! With a more durable paint job, a lower exit valve to reduce or eliminate the need to "tip" the pan while pouring-off, and a re-engineered door and legs!
